Thank you for shopping at QUBS! We always hope you’ll love our products, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

In case your item is faulty when you receive it, we will arrange collection if requested and either refund or ship a new item, depending on the fault. If we provide a refund this will include your original shipping fee.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (North America)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are for the returns are covered by customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us before your return the product of your decision by sending a statement to info@qubs.toys

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) including your shipping fee. You will receive the credit within the time defined by your card issuer. 

SHIPPING TERMS

Unless you received a faulty product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. For faulty products, QUBS will cover the collection costs of the flawed item. We can set up the collection in any case, and in that case, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
